What do you enjoy most / least about the role you play for the club?
Most – spending time watching my squad play on a Sunday and put into practice what we trained on a Monday.
Least – nothing.

Level 1.
Why did you join Thurlby Tigers FC?
Same as most, no-one else volunteered and the age group needed someone.
How long have you been associated to and volunteering for the club?
9 years – 8 as a coach. My son trained for a year before I took up coaching.
What is your favourite Tigers memory?
I have a few – I always enjoy rewarding my players for their efforts on Presentation day/our very 1st game at u6 level v Powerleague/games against local rivals where bragging rights at school are on offer for my players!
What Professional Team do you Support?
Spurs.
Who did / do you play football for?
Police Team.
Biggest game you’ve ever played in or coached?
Few cup finals as a junior player – biggest games are yet to come!.
Coaching or Playing? And Why?
Coaching 100%, more rewarding seeing others develop.
Who is/was your footballing hero?
Gazza – most talented English player of the last 30yrs.
What three things would you take on a desert island and why?
- iPad to keep up to date with football scores
- Kettle to boil water and cook food
- A decent multi tool – can be used for most things.
