Why did you join Thurlby Tigers FC?
I felt that TTFC had a club ethos that matched my own.
How long have you been associated to and volunteering for the club?
I have been coaching at TTFC now for 3 years.
What is your favourite Tigers memory?
Seeing my son in his first match.
What Professional Team do you Support?
Birmingham City.
Who did / do you play football for?
I spent my childhood playing for Racing Blyth in the West Midlands – we weren’t very good!
Biggest game you’ve ever played in or coached?
Staff vs Sixth Form at school. There is pride on the line!
Coaching or Playing? And Why?
Coaching – my PE teacher one told my mum “well he’s at least a keen footballer!” Which I think meant I wasn’t very good…I loved football growing up, and the opportunity to pass on the passion is awesome.
