Most – Child development and seeing new friendship groups formed.
Least – aggressive behaviour.

Why did you join Thurlby Tigers FC?
My son had in interest and I was cajoled into coaching by one of the club founders.
How long have you been associated to and volunteering for the club?
13 years.
What is your favourite Tigers memory?
Seeing a child with learning difficulties who played for my team score a wonder goal and his celebration afterwards… priceless.
What Professional Team do you Support?
Leicester City.
Who did / do you play football for?
Mostly Kings Cliffe.
Biggest game you’ve ever played in or coached?
Played – County final.
Coaching or Playing? And Why?
Play as long as you can because you will miss it when you stop, coaching is a close second and very worthwhile.
Who is/was your footballing hero?
Gary Lineker.
What three things would you take on a desert island and why?
- Soap – need to keep clean
- A mirror – not for vanity, when ready to leave it makes a good reflector for passing boats
- Box of matches- nothing like a good camp fire
