Thurlby Tigers U12’s

U12’s football Bourne continue to play 9v9 matches on Sundays, where a more competitive edge is introduced.

Getting started

U12’s continue to follow the Youth Development phase of the FA DNA model where the the emphasis continues to be on long-term player development, whilst also offering a platform for on field success. Players continue to receive fair game time balanced with the player’s development needs and positions are rotated.

During Summer months training takes place at Lawrance Park in Thurlby. Winter training takes place at either Stamford, Borderville or Elsea Park, all sessions are time appropriate for the age group. Matches are scheduled for Sunday (10am, 12pm or 2pm) and some of the age groups are currently split into 2 teams, Oranges and Blacks creating a little inter-club rivalry!

We currently have two U12 football teams
