Getting started
At U12’s, we continue to follow the Youth Development phase of the FA DNA model, focusing on long-term player growth while also creating opportunities for success on the pitch. Our approach ensures that every player gets the chance to develop their skills in a positive and supportive environment, with game time based on performance and individual progress.
We encourage all children to join us and be part of a team where they can learn, improve, and most importantly, enjoy their football journey. Come and see what makes Thurlby Tigers such a great place to play!
Playing time
Our U12 training sessions are held at various convenient locations around the local area, with session times carefully planned to suit the age group. Matches take place on Sundays, with kick-off times at 10am, 12pm, or 2pm, providing plenty of opportunities for everyone to get involved.
To make things even more exciting, some age groups are split into two or three teams – Oranges, Whites, and Blacks – adding a fun element of friendly inter-club rivalry.
