Thurlby Tigers U15’s

Thurlby Tigers U15’s football in Bourne move from Junior Alliance to Youth League where the focus moves to the readying of players for senior open age football (available for 16+).

Getting started

Long term player development remains a principle focus with competition for places and competitive play on the pitch. At this age players will be readying themselves for important educational years (GCSE, B-Tec, A/AS Levels) and this should be factored in by coaches when considering training and match play.

During Summer months training takes place at Lawrance Park in Thurlby. Winter training takes place at either Stamford, Borderville or Elsea Park, all sessions are time appropriate for the age group. Matches are scheduled for Sunday (10am, 12pm or 2pm) and some of the age groups are currently split into 2 teams, Oranges and Blacks creating a little inter-club rivalry!
