Purple Shirts for U18 Referees

An initiative launched by Lincolnshire Football Association for the 19/20 season, being the introduction of purple shirts for U18 referees. Here at Thurlby Tigers we re-enforce the respect message to all our members, however we don’t just show respect to referees in purple shirts, we respect all officials. 

RefSpect – No ref, no game. Respect is a fundamental life skill which can be developed within the sport environment. We ask all our members, show respect to the officials, players, parents and everyone associated to the game.
